using phatch 0.2.4.1 I cannot rename the file according to date and hour

Summary:

I used phatch 0.1.9.7 to rename my photos with no problem. As I upgraded, now I receive the message

I uninstalled version 0.2.4.1 and installed 0.2.7 . Now everything is OK.
