TIFF files produced by latest bzr Phatch are corrupt

Regardless of what input file format and bit depth I use, when saving as TIF using today's bzr build the file is corrupt.

Head of output TIFF file:

0000:0000 | 49 49 00 2A  08 00 00 00  00 0C 01 00  00 03 01 00 | II.*............

Please use launchpad for bug reports. Your bug has to be reproducable, so please always include a zip file with the action list and at least one image. Even if you think its obvious I want to reproduce bugs with only one click. So add an action list to the bug report not just an image. Also mention explicitly the bzr revision. (Help>About dialog)
