TIFF files from digiKam not supported

Phatch does not handle TIFF files from digiKam (showFoto). I suppose it's because showFoto saves 2 layers, the main image and a thumbnail layer, and Phatch chokes on this.

Please use launchpad for bug reports. Your bug has to be reproducable, so please always include a zip file with the action list and at least one image. Even if you think its obvious I want to reproduce bugs with only one click. So add an action list to the bug report not just an image.
